No Returns Accepted
All sales are final. Please enquire thoroughly before purchasing. I provide full details and photos of every timepiece so you can make an informed decision.
Payment via PayPal Only
PayPal is the only accepted payment method. The amount sent must match the agreed price exactly. Any discrepancy will be held and clarified before the transaction proceeds. Refunds are always returned via the original PayPal transaction only, never through any other method.
Europe & Asia Based
Stock and dispatch may originate from Europe or Asia depending on where the watch is located, which affects shipping time and routing.
48h to Confirm Purchase
After receiving your payment, I have 48 hours to confirm the sale. If for any reason I cannot proceed, your payment is refunded in full immediately. No delays, no questions.
First Come, First Served
A watch is only considered reserved once full payment has been received. Prior email or message communication does not constitute a reservation. If two buyers express interest simultaneously, the one who completes payment first secures the piece.
Shipping Address is Final
The delivery address provided at the time of purchase is final and cannot be changed once the item has been dispatched. Any request to redirect a shipment after dispatch will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
Customs & Import Duties
Once an item has been dispatched and tracking confirmation provided, the risk transfers to the buyer. Kamarare accepts no responsibility for customs delays, seizures, or import duties. Buyers are responsible for understanding their country's import regulations before purchasing.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Every item is fully photographed and documented before dispatch. Tracking confirmation serves as proof of shipment. In the event of a PayPal dispute, all documentation including photographs, communications, and tracking records will be submitted. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will be contested in full.
Written Agreements Only
All purchase agreements are made via email only. Any agreement made outside of written email communication is not binding. The PayPal account used for payment must belong to the buyer. Third-party payments will not be accepted and will be refunded immediately.

With direct access to both the European and Asian markets, I am positioned where the most interesting pieces move. I source carefully, inspect personally, and only offer watches I can stand behind.
